Curtis R. Hearn

Curtis R. Hearn is a partner and Chairman of the Corporate and Securities Section, as well as the Chairman of the Practice Standards Committee, of the law firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre, LLP, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Hearn represents a variety of private and publicly held companies focusing on mid-market public and private mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity financings and corporate reorganizations. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Tulane University Law School in Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Hearn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware and his law degree from George Washington University National Law Center. He is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, Texas, and Louisiana.
