Kenneth J. Najder is a partner and member of the Corporate and Securities Section of the law firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre, LLP, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Najder represents public and private companies regarding a variety of corporate and securities law matters. His practice focuses principally on corporate finance, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance, and further extends to domestic and international joint ventures, licensing transactions, executive compensation arrangements and a variety of other commercial transactions.
Mr. Najder earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to the bar of Louisiana.
