RICHARD P. WOLFE
Partner, Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre, LLP
Richard P. Wolfe is a partner and member of the Corporate and Securities Section of the law firm of Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre, LLP, based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Wolfe headed the Corporate Department at the New Orleans law firm of Monroe & Lemann, where he had practiced for 33 years. He has over 35 years of experience specializing in corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions transactions, in which he has represented a number of public companies as lead counsel. He is also certified as a Tax Specialist by the Specialization Board (Taxation) of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
Mr. Wolfe received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, his law degree from Harvard Law School, and his master's degree in civil law from Tulane Law School. He is admitted to the bar of Louisiana.
